Wing Hierarchy

In general there are no privileges or special treatments the higher you are in hierarchy. On the contrary – the higher you are the more will be expected. Members of the Wingadministration have become this because they decided to be an active part. They shape and lead the wing in accordance to the principles that stand for the wing since the beginning. Often that means even more work and less playing. However our wing is growing and we need more leaders who live our „Wingculture“ and impart it to every member. Every single one takes part in shaping and evolving the wing. If you feel addressed, report to the Wingadministration. You can find the quaifications the following Rank-descriptions.

If you dont want to join the administration and just want to play, then you are right as Pilot in the CAP. It’s the base of our wing. In the following you find the Winghierarchy with descriptions of the single Ranks.
